No training budgets

Yes, we do not have training budgets - you simply train as much as you think you need. Our offices

Although everyone in the company decides for himself whether he works remotely, in the office or hybrid - we did not save funds on offices. If you decide to work stationary - we invite you to modern and fully equipped offices in attractive locations in Poland - Warsaw, Gliwice and Czestochowa. Each office has kitchen, dining rooms, an entertainment zone with an accessible game console, a corporate library, and a parking lot for people who have not chosen the public transport.

My adventure with Onex Group has been going on for 2 years. When starting my adventure, I was set the goal of launching an online store selling software, computer hardware and IT services. Such an ambitious challenge convinced me to the whole project and I can emphasize that it was the best professional decision in my life. Taking care of UX / UI design, development, marketing, analytical and logistic aspects, we managed to create the best e-commerce in the IT industry in Poland. ie onex.store, which is still under development. Such a high bar means that as an employee of Onex Group I have the opportunity for continuous personal development, motivation and success with such a great group of people on board.

Privately, my greatest passion is sport, especially football. After all, business and football are mainly teamwork, where goals must be set and pursued in order to be successful.

What does the recruitment process look like?

Our recruiter will contact you if your CV meets all the criteria for the position you are applying for. The first step is a short phone call, during which we will discuss your motivation to work in Onex Group, experience and skills. We will also ask about your availability and financial expectations. We want the recruitment process to be as short as possible. Depending on the position, we will invite you to 1 or 2 meetings.
